SCOP Pune offers Bachelors in Physiotherapy, across a duration of 5 years. The course duration includes a 1-year compulsory clinical internship as per the guidelines of the National Commission of Allied and Healthcare Profession (NCAHP), as well. Key Points for Symbiosis BPT Admissions:
- 85% of seats are reserved for Merit Quota and 15% for Institutional/Management/Discretionary Quota. In 15% of Institutional/Management/Discretionary Quota seats, allotment will be done first to the Foreign National and NRI candidates. If the seats remain vacant, then applicants from OCI, PIO and Indian National will be considered.
- The candidate must be born on or before 31st Dec. 2007 to be eligible for the BPT Programme. The date of birth mentioned in the HSC/SSC certificate will be proof of the age.
- A candidate should have appeared for the NEET-UG examination.
- A candidate must have passed the HSC, 12th Standard Examination, or equivalent examination from a school/college situated in India. This would be an exception for Foreign Nationals but they should submit the equivalency certificate from the competent authority.
