What inspired you to pursue a career in higher education administration, and what drew you to your current role as a team R&D?
I am a researcher. That is what I feel what I believe is teaching and conducting research. Both are linked to the people. In India, most people believe is a good teacher is enough to teach something out of them, right? But what you have to do as a teacher, you have to make the student believe that they can do research activity every step from their birth to the end of their life. So every step is a. What I feel is every step is a research. See, you have to estimate every point of the learning process. That is what I mean.
What do you see as the biggest challenges facing higher education today, and how do you think your institution is addressing those challenges?
The challenge concerning the research is motivation. Present current scenario of students, most of them are fascinated about it job or some other job but there are there is a lot of research careers. Also whatever you do, if it is helpful for society ok whatever the job or whatever the invention you do if you help society that will be beneficial to everybody. That's what in human values you have to do. Model yourself first. Then you have to model your family. Then you have to model the society. Then you have to model the earth. That is the flow of human values. Core human values we have to put into the students. That was lacking. Nowadays we have to motivate them towards that.
What do you think sets your institution apart from other colleges and universities and how do you communicate that unique value proportion to students and other stakeholders?
So you know our college motive is care, character, and career. So we are going to care for everybody through motivation and we are going to shape their career and also we are going to build character that is what 3 slogans we believe in. That is the difference between other institutions.

What are your primary responsibilities as Dean R&D and how do you balance them with other aspects of your job?
My primary role is to bring out the young faculty and motivate them towards research and getting funding from the government bodies. And also industries I will, I will tell them how to communicate with such bodies so that we can get funding so that we can self-sustain some things without asking the institution in the institution itself we can get, we can establish some more laboratories according to your interest. That is kind of starting your startup kind of thing.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
The suggestion that I give is just to help the earth see there are a lot of problems surrounding us. There are a lot of natural calamities coming and a lot of things are happening. Just do your job and do your invention at every point in time so that. In a little bit, you just put it something belongs to the society, so it will benefit if you do it. That is enough. So more join, more hands will be joined then it will be beneficial to the yeah.
What initiatives and collaborations has the university established with industry leaders to promote industry-specific courses?
Yes, what we are doing is current scenarios. What the industry needs, what mankind needs. See a lot of food problems are there. Some people are getting food, some people are not getting food, some people are healthy, and some people are not healthy. So if you work towards human desires, and if you protect the environment, that is. The biggest thing that the youth has to focus on is those kind of things.
