As we all know that college time is one of the best years of our lives and to make it memorable, IES MCRC makes sure that students receive the best facilities and opportunities in order to create a better future for themselves and serve society. And throughout their course duration, students work with NGOs on several real-life projects, and CSR activities are organized too by the college to inculcate essential life skills in students and make them socially responsible individuals. Cited below are some of the cool reasons why IES MCRC has become the top choice of students and the same things make the college unique and different in comparison to other management institutions.

Students Council: As the institute believes in providing equal learning opportunities to everyone irrespective of their background or economic status and maintaining transparency in all the work it does. Hence, along with faculty and staff members, students are involved too in the decision-making process and every month an interaction session happens between Class Representatives of all programs, the Director and Senior Faculty Members of the college. During this meeting, suggestions and inputs are taken from students and best ones are implemented by the management to improve the learning-working ambiance of the institution and also to make students motivated.

Social Activities: The institution firmly believes that only delivering theoretical knowledge is not enough and future managers, leaders and entrepreneurs need to be socially active and sensitive too. Therefore, from time to time, it organizes social activities and events so that students can use their knowledge and skills to find solutions to issues common people might be facing in their daily life. Apart from this, they are involved in Community Development Services which are launched through CSR projects and a specially created cell called Rhythm.

CSR Projects: The institute has made it mandatory for the first year students to undertake 40 hours of CSR projects which are done in collaboration with either the CSR Departments of corporate houses or NGOs. And while working on these projects, students get to meet underprivileged and economically less stable people and once this project time is over, students have to submit a detailed report about their learning and also give a presentation to their teachers and industry experts with whom they have worked during those 40 days.

Rhythm: This voluntary CDC has been established by the students itself and unlike other projects here students have complete freedom on which projects they want to work and under which faculty’s guidance. And some of the activities and events which are organized by this cell are blood donation camp, social awareness seminars, tree plantation drives, anti-smoking campaigns and seminars on gender sensitization etc. Apart from this, students also get numerous chances to visit old age homes and orphanages to help needy people and make them smile.

Mentor-Mentee System: IES MCRC has established a Mentor-Mentee system to help students clarify their doubts whenever they get stuck academically or non-academically and to guide them for available career options. And the main motto of this system is to make the relationship of students with their mentors and teachers strong and because everyone in the institute is committed for students all around development and growth hence these mentors often go beyond limits to help students by identifying their strengths and weaknesses. Overall students are nurtured in the best way possible.

Outbound Training: With the intention of providing adventurous learning opportunities to students and educating them about the crucial management concepts, the institute has collaborated with Empower Activity Campus of Kolad to organize regular outbound training programs and management games. Another objective of these training programs is to enhance the effectiveness of students and instill leadership and teamwork like skills in them.

Students Clubs: For the purpose of encouraging students to conduct events and activities in college as per their own requirements, the college has put in place various kinds of clubs including HR Matrix (HR Club), in-Fin-it-IES (Finance Club), Operation Club and Marketing Club. And because the institute believes that no one can understand students' needs better than their peers and friends, hence students' direct participation in the organization of these events is very mandatory.
