Her life has been a narrative of astounding achievements and her approach toward imparting education, is an elevated one. She has done Ph.D. in Sanskrit, M.A. in Sanskrit. She possesses 23 years of remarkable teaching experience. She has published 3 Books, 3 Papers in UGC-approved International Research Referred Journals, 13 Chapters in National and International Books, 8 Full Papers in Conference Proceedings, and 42 Papers presented in Inter-National conferences, Seminars, and Workshops. She has participated in various Workshops, Seminars, and Webinars. She has been a proud Member of different Bodies and also organized multitudinous Webinars and Seminars. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Throughout my academic and then teaching years, I learned many substantial things. The urge to bridge every student of different backgrounds emerges in creating a congenial ambiance for every quality to blossom. It keeps me reassured to continue my affection with the said sector when I see every girl studying in our institution be an empowered one. 

Being the Principal of the college, what is your philosophy of leadership?

Leadership is not about executive position or title. It is about connection and influence. At its highest, leadership is all about adding value to the world and blessing lives through the work you do. Your never-ending flinching to learn and explore more leads to heightened notions of leadership. In this sense, I resonated my philosophy with the philosophy of the famous writer Robin Sharma.

How is your college more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

One must keep things in mind that a student is always a student regardless of any background. Our college provides a unifying system of knowledge and facilities to every student. We provide a convivial atmosphere infused with soaring morals. Our college charges a nominal fee, provides many scholarships based on merit and different categories, and provides the facility of fee concessions. We form a Buddy Group, Mentor Mentees Group, Anti Ragging Cell, and Counselling Cell where students from different backgrounds share their issues and receive aid.

How do the programs of your college ensure the future preparedness of students?

The courses and education provided in our college are in accordance with the anticipated globalised world where students get Skill Oriented Training in different fields pertaining to earn their livings under the “Earn While You Learn” initiative. Our college organises a Career Counselling drive, Placement Drive, multidisciplinary sessions, and Psychology Clubs to empower women for their future prospects.

What approaches does your college use to teach students beyond the hard-coded curriculum?

Besides the classroom learning and the hard-coded curriculum, our college organises recreational activities, Peer Teaching/Learning Activities, Industry Visits and Educational Tours and Trips, and various Seminars, Webinars, and Workshops for the students to break the monotony of bookish knowledge. Our college believes in the practical apprehension assorted with theoretical pedagogy. 

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the aspiring students of our society?

 Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do. I want today’s youth to believe in what they are doing. They must choose their education and then careers wisely. Our college believes in the proper development of every student to face the challenges of today’s modernized world. Seek help when in danger. And always remind yourself to never stop learning.
