Dr. Navjot Singh is the Principal of the NRI Institute of Pharmacy. He holds a B.Pharm. and an M.Pharm. degree from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Thereafter, he also completed a PhD from the University of UK. With 18 years of experience, he has contributed his time working on and researching Novel Drug Delivery System, Targeted Drug Delivery System, Tablets and animal studies. Dr. Singh has published several papers in reputed international and national journals, along with attending conferences and seminars as well.

In my professional journey within educational institutes, I've found continuous learning and adaptation to current trends to be crucial. Teaching and research are not just my duties but also my passions. Since completing my PhD, I've remained deeply connected to the education sector. As an educator, I view it as essential to continually upskill and stay abreast of evolving trends.

As the principal of NIP, my leadership philosophy centers on transparency through clear and open communication. I foster an environment of accessibility through an open-door policy, ensuring my team feels supported and heard. Regular team catch-ups and individual check-ins facilitated smoother operations and enhanced team spirit. Leading by example and maintaining consistency in expectations across the board are paramount to me.
