APSCHE and the Department of Technical Education have officially announced the commencement of the AP ECET 2024 counseling process for Pharmacy diploma holders. This is a crucial opportunity for candidates who have qualified in the AP ECET 2024 exam to secure admission to B. Pharmacy courses for the academic year 2024-2025. The online counseling process will start from September 20, 2024, to September 28, 2024. Within this period students have to register, upload documents, verify certificates, and select their preferred Pharmacy colleges and courses.

• To participate in this counseling process you need to login to the official website i.e. https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
• Use your ECET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth to access the registration form.
• The registration form will display all basic details and you need to review all the details carefully for accuracy.
• If you find any error in the data provided, use the correction options to upload relevant documents and correct the mistakes.
• Once the details are verified, you can proceed to pay the processing fee online. The fee is ₹1200 for General/OBC candidates and ₹600 for SC/ST candidates.
• After successful payment, you must print the receipt and keep it for future reference.

The deadline for payment of the processing fee is September 21, 2024. You are advised to complete this step early to avoid last-minute complications.

Steps After AP ECET 2024 Counselling Registration

After the registration, you have to complete other steps as well for admission. The stages are elaborated below.

Document Verification

Once you pay the registration fee, you must upload the required documents for online verification. Help Line Centers (HLCs) will verify your documents digitally. The documents you need for verification are listed below.

Documents Specifications

After successful certificate verification, you can proceed to exercise your web options. In this stage, you need to select the preferred colleges and courses where you desire to secure admission.

Seat Allotment

The seat allotment results will be announced on September 25, 2024, after 6:00 PM. You will be allotted seats based on your ECET rank, reservation category, Availability of seats in your desired colleges, and choices you made during the registration process. You can check your seat allotment status by logging in to the official portal. If a seat is allotted, you must download the allotment letter as it will be needed during admission.

Self-reporting and College Reporting

After the allotment of seats, you must complete the self-reporting process online. You are also required to physically report to the allotted college between September 26, 2024, and September 28, 2024. In case you fail to report to the allotted college within the specified dates your seat will be canceled. You will not be eligible for further rounds of counseling if you fail to report.

• Using your hall ticket number and date of birth you can log in to the AP ECET counselling portal.
• The system will display the list of available Pharmacy colleges and courses based on your rank.
• You can choose your preferred colleges and courses in the order of priority.
• After making selections, you should save your choices and if you are satisfied with your choices then click on the “Freeze” button to lock the options.

Candidates can modify their choices until September 23, 2024. After this date, no further changes will be permitted. It is important to consider the college’s reputation, course structure, and location while making these choices.
