The NEET SS 2024 Diploma in Paediatrics Question Paper 3 was conducted as part of the national-level super speciality examination for admission into DM and MCh courses. This paper primarily evaluates a candidate’s advanced understanding of general paediatrics, neonatal care, paediatric emergencies, growth and development, infectious diseases, clinical diagnostics, and evidence-based paediatric management. Candidates were required to attempt 100 questions in 150 minutes, with a total of 400 marks. Each correct answer carries 4 marks, while 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect response as per the NEET SS negative marking scheme.
