Ques. I have completed a 3-year DMLT diploma from PSBTE. Am I directly eligible for the DMLT Lateral Entry at SVIET, or do I need to appear for any entrance test?
Ans. Yes, if you have passed a 3-year DMLT diploma from PSBTE or any recognized State Board of Technical Education with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST), you are directly eligible for the DMLT Lateral Entry program at SVIET. There is no separate entrance test; admission is purely merit-based through PSBTE online counselling. You simply need to register on the PSBTE portal during the counselling window and fill in your college preferences.
