KSOM MBA (HR) Admission 2026

Admissions to the MBA (Human Resource) programme at KSOM for the 2026-28 batch are currently ongoing. Students can apply either through KIITEE Management 2026 (KSOM's own national entrance test, now closed for applications) or through valid scores of CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT (applications open until 31st March 2026). Shortlisted candidates are called for Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Writing Ability Test (WAT) at centres in Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognised university; minimum 50% in 10th and 12th board examinations is also required.
• Candidates in the final year of their bachelor's degree who expect to complete all requirements by 30th June 2026 are also eligible to apply.
• A valid score in any of the accepted national entrance exams: CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, KIITEE Management 2026, or KIITEE 2026.

Admission Process

• Apply online through ksom.ac.in via KIITEE Management 2026, KIITEE 2026, or with CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT scores.
• Shortlisting is done based on entrance exam scores.
• Shortlisted candidates appear for Group Discussion (GD), Writing Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI) at designated centres.
• Final selection is based on a composite score of entrance exam performance, GD/PI/WAT performance, and academic career marks.
• Selected candidates receive an admission offer letter and must confirm acceptance along with fee payment to secure the seat.
• Submit required documents: 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets, graduation certificate and all semester mark sheets, entrance score card, and passport photograph.

KSOM MBA (HR) Scholarships 2026

KSOM offers merit-based scholarships to deserving students to promote academic excellence and make quality management education more accessible. The scholarship programme provides a 50% waiver on tuition fees, which translates to a saving of approximately Rs. 4,85,000 (50% of total tuition fee of Rs. 9,70,000) over the two-year programme. The scholarships are linked to performance in national entrance exams and KSOM's own entrance test.

Scholarship Categories

• The scholarship is applicable only on the tuition fee component (Rs. 9,70,000) and not on hostel, mess, or other charges.
• The scholarship benefit is approximately Rs. 4,85,000 over two years (50% of Rs. 9,70,000).
• Only centre-based/offline CAT, XAT, and MAT scores are considered for scholarship eligibility; online/remote proctored scores are not eligible.
• Scholarship is awarded at the time of admission and is not applied retroactively.
• No separate application is required; eligibility is verified during the admission process.
