The total programme fee for PGDM-BA 2026 is INR 11,50,000 for general participants, which covers tuition, learning material, library services, and student activities. This fee includes a refundable security deposit of INR 27,500 and an alumni fee of INR 15,000. Unlike the PGDM-BM, this programme is non-residential, so accommodation and meals are not included in the fee. The fee is payable in three instalments as per the schedule below.

Admissions to PGDM-BA 2026 are conducted in two rounds. Round 1 is currently open until April 30, 2026, and Round 2 will be open from May 1 to June 25, 2026. Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 50% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in Class X, Class XII, and Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
Minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognised or equivalent institution.
Minimum 3 years of full-time, paid, post-qualification work experience as on April 30, 2026.
Valid score in any one of: GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, or CMAT (valid up to June 30, 2026) is mandatory.

Admission Process

Submit the online application form at mdi.ac.in with a non-refundable application fee of INR 3,000 (inclusive of 18% GST).
Shortlisting is done based on entrance exam scores (GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT), work experience, and academic profile.
Shortlisted candidates are called for an online Personal Interview (PI).
Final merit list is prepared based on academic record, work experience, entrance test score, and PI performance.
Selected candidates receive a provisional admission offer and must pay the first instalment (INR 3,00,000) by the given deadline to confirm their seat.
