The CUET PG French paper was moderate in difficulty. However, some candidates find it easy to moderate.  There were questions from literature and authors and their works. The questions were confusing for most of the students thatswhy many students attempted around 40 questions. Last year, there were no assertion and reason questions, but this year, there were lots of this type of question. Around 3-4 questions were also repeated from the PYQs. 

The paper included classical dance theory, the history of Indian dance, terminology, and performers. Most of the questions were theory-based and factual.

The paper was focused mainly on French grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and literature/culture. Grammar questions were easier, while literature and translation were moderate.

The questions were from algebra, calculus basics, probability, and pedagogy concepts. Numerical questions were slightly time-consuming, but mostly formula-based. Good attempts were around 60 questions.

The quant section was difficult with tricky questions. There were match the following questions in the quants section. There were questions from the set theory which were manageable. A student highlighted that there was an error in the language of a quant question, which was related to some rupees divided among 2 persons. 

There were around 20-25 questions from the DI section. The pattern of the question was different from previous years; 2-3 questions were based on one chart or graph, but this year, there was one question based on one chart. It made the paper lengthy. The questions were also difficult. There were negligible questions from data sufficiency. Assertion and reason questions were also there.  The reasoning section was quite manageable, which made a balance. 

The questions in the English section were few as compred to previous years. Around 15 question came from the english section as compared to 25 in previous years. The questions were from the following topics:

• Reading Comprehension 
  • The passage was on social responsibility, and the questions were regarding the author's mindset and the core idea of the passage. Understanding of the passage was important for answering the questions. The passage was of around 400-450 words wth 4-5 questions to be answered. 
• Para Jumble: Included, rearrange the sentences given  
• Vocab: It was tricky as there were questions in the form of match the following for antonyms. You have to know all the correct answers to match the options. 
• The questions from Grammar section were negligible.

As per the early students’ reactions and feedbacks the paper pattern was different and more unpredictable than the previous years. The paper was lengthy and time-consuming. The weightage of the sections was disproportionate. For example, English had only around 15 questions and not 25, whereas DI questions were around 20-25 in number. 

The elimination technique was not working as the pattern of the options was changed to make the questions tricky and tough. 

Students have said that there were match the following type questions in the quant section in the COQP12 General - Management paper. Some students have attempted all the questions since only 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer, but 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer.

For most subjects, 50–60 attempts out of 75 questions with good accuracy are considered good attempts. However, the good attempts vary by the difficulty of the exam as an easier paper requires more attempts than a tougher paper. 

Based on the live students' reactions from the exam centres, the difficulty level of the exam was moderate to slightly difficult. A student named Ishita said that “the exam was hard as the questions required deeper knowledge and the assertion and reason type questions were more in number”. 

Another student named Devraj Pandey said that “ the exam was manageable, but there were some tricky and deeper questions. However, the exam was based on previous years’ pattern”. 

Most of the candidates have attempted around 70 questions. The paper of most of the candidates was completed in time or even before the time. Some candidates requested that questions not be from outside the syllabus.

Candidates are usually required to reach the exam centre at least 90 minutes before the exam begins for verification and security checks.

You will not be allowed to take the exam without the admit card. Candidates should download and print the admit card before leaving for the exam centre.

No, Candidates must carry a printed hard copy of the admit card. Digital copies on mobile phones are not accepted.

The candidates should check the following details on their admit card to avoid a last-minute rush.

• Shift and Timings of Test
• Venue of Test Centre
• Reporting Time at Centre
• Gate closing time of the Centre

Blank paper sheets for rough work will be provided in the examination hall. Candidates must write their name and roll number at the top of each of the sheets and must drop the sheet(s) in the designated drop box without fail, before leaving the Examination Hall. Failure to do so may result in
a non-evaluation of your answers.

Diabetic students will be allowed to carry eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like bananas/apples/oranges) and transparent water bottles to the Examination Hall/Room. However, they will not be allowed to carry packed foods like chocolates/candy/sandwiches, etc.

The test-specific instructions include the general guidelines, such as the duration of the test, the number of questions, the medium of the exam, etc. 

Candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre: 

• Admit Card 
• 2 Passport-size photo
• Original and Valid Photo Identification Proof 
• PwD/PwBD certificate (If applicable)

The Allotment of Examination City for candidates scheduled to appear on 11, 12, and 13 March 2026 has been released today, i.e., 05 March 2026.
