
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the registration notification for the MH Nursing CET 2026 and the MH-DPN/PHN CET 2026. Eligible candidates can now apply for undergraduate nursing programs and specialized diploma courses for the 2026-27 academic session.
Candidates applying for the MH Nursing CET or the specialized DPN/PHN diploma courses must complete their registration by paying the required amount through the online portal. For students in the Open Category, the application fee is set at ₹1,000. Candidates belonging to Reserved Categories, such as SC, ST, OBC, and EWS, are required to pay a reduced fee of ₹800.
It is essential to note that these payments must be made using online methods, such as UPI, credit cards, or net banking. The authority has stated that this fee is non-refundable, and a candidate's application will only be considered successful once the payment status is confirmed on the official website.

MH Nursing CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Age: The candidate must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2026.
- Education: For B.Sc. Nursing/GNM: The candidate must have passed Class 12 (HSC) in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- Minimum Marks: At least 45% aggregate marks in PCB for Open category and 40% for Reserved category candidates.
- Nationality: The applicant must be an Indian Citizen. Domicile of Maharashtra is required for state quota seats.
- Medical Fitness: The candidate must be medically fit as per the specified standards.
MH Nursing CET 2026 Selection Process
Admission is based on performance in the Common Entrance Test (CET). After the results are declared, a merit list will be prepared. Selected candidates will then participate in a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for seat allotment in various nursing colleges across Maharashtra.
