Faculty to student ratio can be around 1:10 as I can't figure out what certain number you are looking for. Faculties are all Phd holders and their approach towards teaching is quite practical and good. You are allowed to interact with professors whenever you want.

There was 63 subjects in 6 semesters of 2 years. All faculties were mind blowing and has got an excellent knowledge in delivering the knowledge. Side by side the faculty are also well mannered. They never wasted time while taking classes. They are too serious while taking classes.

In HR we have 7 professor each one of them have some field experience since they rae reaching since very long. One teacher majoring in labour and industrial laws, one in quality management,one in basic of HRM, one in organization behavior,one in operations and so on.

The faculty give their 100% with the resources at their dispense. They engage in regular upgrade of their skills, knowledge and mindsets. XLRI is a neighboring college. Different workshops keep the faculty members not just updated, but also persistent in terms of upping their ante in teaching and learning. Most of the faculty members are Ugc net qualified and PhDs.
