Faculty members were okay overall some were really good, others just average. If you ask for help, most of them respond well. Exams were held every semester with internal marks included. The difficulty level was moderate to difficult and most students passed without much trouble.

At Chitkara University, the faculty ratio is fair, with one teacher for a medium size class group. The teacher student bond is mostly good and many teachers are easy to approach after class or in lab hours. Doubt help is given if you ask. I liked my AI and data science teachers most because they use real code tasks and live demos. They focus on logic and not just notes. I did not like a few theory based teachers because they read slides and move fast, with less doubt time. So quality varies by subject and teacher.
The course structure is split by sem with core and skill based subjects. Each sem has internals and end term exams. Internals include quiz, lab test, assign work, and code test. Marks are split between internal and final exam. In coding papers there is a fifty percent pass rule, so you must score half marks to pass. Exams are medium level if you do labs and practice code. Some students fail if they skip labs or copy work, but most pass with steady prep. The course plan is job linked and useful for tech and AI roles.
