How is the course curriculum of Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Petroleum Engineering) in DIT University Dehradun?

Many teachers were helpful but some teachers are good in their research area were but bad at teaching. Overall quality was good. Apart from teachers, each course has a teaching assistant who takes tutorials every week and are quite knowledgeable.

It's good according to some other petroleum colleges. Faculty are also good In a semester there are three examinations held 1) mid term 2) practical 3) end term or final term End of the semester

Some branches are good here and some are average. like mine is just an average branch where faculties are not much experienced, but the course syllabus is build for the best outcome anyone can have of pertoleum engineering for further studies or jobs. In one semester there is two exams held, mid sem and final sem. combination of both gives the result.

The course cirriculum in the college is set by UGC. When the college was not given the University Status then the course curriculum was followed as per the course curriculum of Uttarakhand Technical University. Now when the college is given University status, the course curriculum is made by the college itself.

My course having a huge number of research fields, basically petroleum engg. Have geology, drilling, refining so in all of these section have a no. Of fields for research.
