The average salary from IIM Kashipur is usually between 10 to 14 lakhs, although some do end up with packages between 6 to 8 lakhs. Keep in mind that colleges often make their placement stats look better than they are. If you have a strong profile and confidence, it might work out for you.

The MBA Analytics program at IIM Kashipur is pretty new, only a year old, so it's hard to say exactly how it will pan out. It's like taking a risk on top of another risk. Personally, I think it might be better to stick with your current job for a year to gain some experience. This could help you get into a better MBA program later. Good luck!

If you are making over 7 lakhs per year, it might be better to aim for higher-ranked IIMs. Even the ones that have been around for 4-5 years can offer good chances, but I wouldn't recommend the very new ones. Financially, it isn't the wisest choice. However, if getting an IIM degree is really crucial for you, then the situation might change in favor of pursuing it.

Deciding whether to leave your current job with a 4-5 lakh per annum package to pursue an MBA in Analytics at IIM Kashipur really hinges on your career goals. If you have a strong interest in building a future in Analytics, then joining IIM Kashipur could be a great move.

Typically, graduates from there can expect a salary package of around 15 lakh per annum after completing the course in two years. But remember, don't choose this path just for the potential salary. Analytics is a specialized field, so having a genuine passion for it is crucial to succeed. Good luck!
