Honestly, getting into NICMAR for the MBA in Project Management was a huge achievement for me, and I think it’s worth it. The curriculum is aligned with industry standards, and we have access to experienced faculty who really know their stuff. Plus, the placement opportunities are solid. Major companies like TATA PROJECTS and Godrej Properties come for recruitment, and almost 97% of students get placed.

I did have to take a student loan, but considering the potential return on investment, I believe it's a good step for my career. Just make sure you’re clear about your goals post-MBA, like gaining experience before starting your own venture.

I think if you’re considering NICMAR for the MBA in Project Management, it can be a good choice, but it really depends on your financial situation. The fees are quite high—about 11.7 lakhs—but the scholarships available can help. The placement rates are impressive, with many students getting jobs in top companies, which is reassuring.

I come from a middle-class family and had to take a loan too, but I believe the industry connections and the curriculum's relevance to real-world applications can justify the investment if you’re focused on building your career.

First off, big congrats on getting into NICMAR! I think joining is a good move! Even though the pandemic is a real concern right now, by the time you finish in 2022, things should be better. I know it's a tough decision!

I was in a similar boat when I got into RICS Mumbai for Project Management. I was worried too, especially with COVID being so bad in Mumbai. But I decided to go for it! Think of it like this: if a well-known company offered you a job, would you hesitate? Taking another year off might be okay for some, but it didn't feel right for me. If you're already working, that's great because you have some industry insight. But if you're fresh out or have left a job, I think it’s worth taking the leap!

Classes will likely be online for at least the next six months, maybe even a year. Tests and exams might also be online. Let's see how it all unfolds! Fingers crossed that things improve and we can get back to the way things were. Good luck with your studies and future career!

I would say pursuing the MBA in Construction Management at NICMAR is definitely worth it. The faculty is experienced, and they focus a lot on practical applications, which is what you need in this field. Fees are a bit high, around 16 lakhs for the program, but the placements are good, and the environment is supportive.

I had to manage a loan as well, but with the right opportunities post-graduation, I feel it’s a worthwhile investment for my future. Just keep in mind that you need to be proactive in seeking internships and job placements.
