Overall, it was a good experience when I think about my college days. I am now what I am because of my college. I have learned many things from my college life. They are very lenient unlike many colleges. If I have to tell about the negative remarks, they take some time to hear our requests. But they will do that If that's important. But that will take time
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course curriculum is designed in such a way that we could apply our knowledge to solve the real life problems. About the exam structure, we will have 3 internals per semester in which they will chose the best two marks and in final semester exam we will have to get at least 50 marks to pass and overall marks should also be above 50.
Placement Experience
Our college is one of the topmost engineering colleges in Tamilnadu. And almost above 80 percent of the students gets placed in any company across the departments. Yes. They provide internship opportunities. But I did not take internships in my college, so I am not aware of that.
College Events
There are many technical and cultural events conducted in our college every year. Techutsav, an inter college technical events competition take place every year. Many cultural events such as cultural inagural,Shristi, Mega Shristi takes place every year. I am also a part of cultural team.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since our college is a government aided college, the fees collected is feasible and it is not that much expensive. The students who get aided seats in counseling pays only small amount as fee. Self supporting students pay amount little higher than them.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college has an alumuni committee.They give scholarships to the needy and bright students. And also government aided students also get scholarships. I am not aware of any loan facilities provided by my college
Campus Life
Our college always supports extracurricular activities,sports. As I am a part of cultural clubs I know about the extracurricular activities. We represent our college in many intet college cultural competitions and win prizes. Similarly the sports person also get good support from our college. Our college has well equipped laboratories like Top IITs and NITs. Many colleges around Madurai come and get lab test results from our college. And also our department does many consultancy services.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. The alumni relationship always helps the students in designing their carrer path. The successful people from our college always comes to college and gives us a small talk that encourages and motivates us. And also the seniors in college gives us a valuable advice during Oru course of study.
Admission
I have applied for TNEA counselling in the year 2015 after completing my 12th std. Then I got my chance on the second day of my counselling. Then I entered the counselling Hall and chose my college my department in self supporting quota
Faculty
Our college has the most number of Ph.D completed faculties after top IITs and NITs. They have not only quality knowledge but also can teach very well to the students. And our college has many student friendly faculties
