All about Amity

The college is overall nice. They have great exposure to academic as well as non academic activities. The children are made to learn new things. The faculties are really knowledgeable and helping. They always support new ideas.

The course curriculum is very well designed and planned as per the recent needs and requirements of this dynamic environment. I am really satisfied with the various choices of subjects and electives being offered. The exam structure is also very well defined. There are semester end exams for all the courses and also there are internal exams.

The college does provides for placement and job opportunities for all the courses. The students are well informed by the H.O.D. Yes, internships are also offered. I did not opt for one so i dont know.

Some of the events are : Sangathan: An annual sports event celebrated all over the amity among the various departments. It is a combination of Outdoor as well as Indoor sports along with a cultural programme. Saavan Utsav: This event is organised to mark the begining of monsoon. Various departments come and perform in this. Womens Day celebration is done every year. Amiphoria: The biggest cultural fest of U.P. is celebrated in the month of February. There is a lot of fun and participation from students of various colleges all over U.P. There are various sponsors and great stage events.

Its quite feasible. They also offer scholarships and compensations for studnets having a low family income. They support weaker students as well. As per the facilities the fees is affordable and fine. Students also get various academic scholarships also.

The college offers 1. On admission scholarships in various categories such as 100%,50%,25% as per the marks in class 12th. 2. They offer academic scholarship to students who maintain good marks. 3. They offer scholarship to children with low family income.

The college offers a great environment for a lot of extra circular activities. They have around 10 sports and are available to all. They have various dance and music clubs which the students are free to join as per their interest. The college also conducts its own MUN and Debating competetion annually. Its a very good exposure for all the children.

No I have not opted for hostel facility as i am a localite. But my friends who have opted tell me that there are NO AC hostels. The food is OK. Otherwise the hostel is very safe and good. The warden are also very helpful.

The Alumni meet are held every year. The senior students are also called for orientations and various other events to share their working experience. They are really helpful as they tell us where they are and how they got there. They help us gain knowledge about various job Opportunities.

I just uploaded my Marksheets on the official site of the college along with the admission form. After that i got a call from the admission cell of the college that i have been offered a 50% on admission scholarship because my 12th %.

The Faculties of the college are really very nice and helpful. They are very punctual and particular about their classes and the children. The faculties know their subjects well and also come prepared for the class.
