Positive is all the faculties all at there best except few exceptions.All the HODs all also friendly n strict, There is one negative review about our sri Krishna institute of technology ie., About the management, management are careless n little harsh n unresponsive.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college is affiliated to vtu. So the exam is conducted according to the vtu board. Exam is conducted for 100marks n then it is converted into 60 and 40marks is for internals(divided into 30marks for internal tests and 10marks for assignment).Then according to marks they will give grades
Placement Experience
Placement training is given right from third semester, but there are nt much campus recruitments happening. Not only in our college, in almost 60%of colleges. Internship is given i guess, but i m not sure.
College Events
From starting of odd sem in August Students celebrate teachers day in September, after that on November 1st whole college we join together n celebrate kannada rajyothsava, then In even sem sports day is celebrate in which sri Krishna cricket tourno is played,football, volley ball, badminton, throwball and kabaddi. Then after that college fest, ethnic day, colors days etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure depends on your seat, it changes every year according to state board,but it is feasible. For this academic year it is arround 90000 per year(govt seat),125000(management seat). But it changes every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
State Government gives scholarship of rs17000per year. And there are many other scholarships from state government or central government and again it depends on type of seat allotted to you (general quota, snq quota,sc/st )
Campus Life
Labs are there. College actively participate in vtu sports competitions, but i guess they have never won anything in sports. Ground is there auditorium is there and amphitheatre is also there, etc etc. Labs are good with all the required materials.
Alumni/Alumna
Not sure about that but they are in contact with seniors.They help if there is nesessery, as i said teachers and all are too friendly with students,they will be like friends with all the fun, though management people are little harsh and unresponsive.
Admission
I got seat allotted though Kcet(Karnataka common entrance test)(govt).There is another option to join i.e, Management seat(for this u have to contact college management n directly get admitted. Then i submitted all the required documents to college n paid my fee n got admitted.
Faculty
Good and decent faculty. They prepare us for knowledge purpose but nowadays everyone studies for exam point of view. In my opinion the faculty are doing there job perfectly. N one thing to add to this is they are too friendly that makes students to enjoy classes.
