Review on my college.

Admission into my college is quite benefitting to the students. My college campus not only has pharmacy branch, but also the engineering, nursing and degree branches.Because of this, we get to make friends of other branches and also know about their concepts. If we are even more interested,we also can study those in our library which has books of various disciplines. Our college is completely ragging free. So students can put their best foot forward into their respective course in our college without any hesitation.

Pharmacy is quite a fascinating course. Further Opportunities in career are great after completing Bpharmacy. Course curriculum is great and student friendly. Exams are semester wise. Also we have different subjects each semester because of which we learn a lot. We get to study various fields of pharmacy -drug development and manufacture right from the basics. Every semester we get to study 5 or 6 subjects for which exams are again of theory and lab practical types (each for 100 marks).

Jobs of analytical scientists, technicians, researchers in various fields like pharmacology, medical writing, QA and QC analyst are available in placements provided in my college.My college doesnt provide any internship for pharmacy course. Instead we had to attend industrial training in other industries we're interested in, by applying for the same.

My college conducts national conferences every year on many topics like recent trends in drug manufacture,drug discovery etc., Last year it also conducted a symposium in association with Padmavati women's medical college of Tirupati. It also conducts cocurricular events like sports day, Mohana mantra (college fest),annual day etc., Our college events videos are mostly recorded and made available on youtube.

Fee structure is reasonable. It is quite affordable. For b.pharmacy course the college fee overall varies from 54k to 60 k based on the year of study. This includes books fee,sports fee,tuition fee,building fee etc.,

Students can receive fee reimbursement if they obtain admission in open category. Also their parents should have income certificate and should be non government employees as criteria to get fee reimbursement.I receive 25 k -31k every year as fee reimbursement.

One can participate in NSS in my college and get a certificate for that. Labs in my college are well equipped. We have the best instruments made available for students.Students can participate in sports day events and get prizes for winning the same.We are also encouraged to take part in seminars and conferences.

The college hostel has beautiful environment. The food provided is healthy and tasty like home food. Hostel fee is 85 k for non ac rooms and 95 k for ac rooms per year. Hostel infrastructure is good with spacious rooms and dining hall.

Our superseniors batch got 96% placement,which is indeed a good number. They got placed in the best pharmaceutical industries of India like Dr.Reddys laboratories,Sun pharma etc., They are receiving good salary.

I got 6002 rank in Ap Eamcet exam. I took bipc as inter course. But mpc students can also pursue b.pharmacy. For OC students cut off rank can be around 20,000 in our college. First one has to apply for counselling for b.pharmacy course. While doing so,he/she can choose the college they want to join in. After the counselling, if they get a seat, they should take a copy of admission report and submit it along with other original certificates of 10th and inter.

Faculty of our college is really awesome.They help students a lot. They are so welcoming to the doubts raised by students and answer them in the best way using analogies.A 3-week induction program is being conducted in our college every year by the faculty to help the students get adjusted to their curriculum and to develop their skills.
