Remarks

There are no negative comments about the college. The college is extremly good. College provides many platform for the students to improve their career. Many clubs are there like robotics club movie club, gym, library etc

Course Curriculum Overview

This is a very good college. They will teach us all the subjects in detail. Good notes are provided. The course is divided into 4 years with 8 sems. Each sem has 2 periodicals and a final sem exam. On clearing all exams we get promoted to the next semester

Placement Experience

The placements are really good. They give us a lot of coaching for clearing the placement exams. The packages are also very good. Interships is done on personal choice, but good support is given from the authority. Stipend is not provided from the institute

College Events

Sports day is conducted in every year. Cultural fest is also conducted every year. We participate for Intercollege events. Vidyut (a tech fest) is conducted every year. Teachers come from different parts to give good lectures

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its a deemed college. Hence we should pay 1lakh per annum as college fees and 50k as hostel fees. It is not that very expensive. It is a normal amount compared to usual deemed college fee structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is provided for economically backward society i.e 50k reduction is provided from the total fees. Similarly if your rank is less than 5000 then u can get 50k reduction from the normal fees.

Campus Life

A lot of effort is taken for boosting the extracurricular activities of the students. Sports competition is conducted every year. Lab facilities are extremely good. Good faculty is provided for the lab experiments

Alumni/Alumna

Every year aluminis can come to college and hav a get together. Seniors do help us in any kind of difficulties we face. If u attend a get together it may b helpful for you. But most of them fail to attend this

Admission

A notification for exam will be given in the internet. Fill the form and attend the exan after clearing amrita entrance exam they will send a call letter for interview. Based on the interview screening they will select us.

The faculty is good. All are from reputed institutes. They give us good notes in every subject. These notes are enough even for gate exams. Teachers take good effort in making the concepts crisp and clear

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Amrita and its Dubbing voice

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
