Course Curriculum Overview
As this is an Autonomous institute all the curriculum set by the faculties of this college only. As compared to VTU the curriculum is less which helps to get more marks on marksheet. But, once you passout from this college you will realised that the curriculum helps nothing for your professional life. About the exam structure, initial from the setting of question paper upto the declaration of results all the process undergoes in college only.
Placement Experience
It not provide any internship. About the placements, some of the companies like TCS, tech Mahindra, Infosys etc. will come for placements and select less students. TCS is the company which selects some of students of all the departments blindly. Overall Placements and job opportunities are very poor.
College Events
Yearly two fests are organised by the college, namely Maithri and Sanskrithi fests. And many events like national festivals, Kalarava fest will be organised. These moments are the most enjoyable moments.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As per the VTU guidelines the fees structure is set. The fees is different for different category students, aided and non aided courses etc. College fees is feasible but they demand extra money for different things.
Fees and Financial Aid
As the other colleges, in this college also students get merit based scholarships. E-Pass Scholarships for OBC students, and different scholarships for SC/ST students and Minorities students.
Campus Life
Infrastructure of labs are good, machines, equipments, computers all are available. Faculties of labs are helpful. About sports, if one has talent in any of the sports he can achieve it.
Alumni/Alumna
It has a alumni network of old students and they organize alumni meeting once a year. If we have contact with senior students they can be helpfull. But most of the senior students ask us.
Admission
One can get admission to this college through KCET, COMED-K exams, by the rank you got in these entrance exams you can select this college through Option entry process. I got Admission through KCET exam.
Faculty
All the faculties are not helpful to students. But some of them are very kind in nature, some are not. Many of the lecture's teaching skill is very poor, one can't understand what they are teaching, but some have very good knowledge about the subject and teach well. Many of the lectures are friendly with the students.
