Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is well planned and organized. In BIT Sindri we follow the same curriculum which has been set up by the Vinoba Bhave University of Hazaribag. Exam structure includes classroom surprise tests, Mid Sem and End Sems with individual overall weigtage.
Placement Experience
Placements completely depends on the batch and the students academic qualities. Almost 100 % of the eligible candidates get placed by the end of their college duration. For Internship there isn't any for B.Tech courses but for M.Tech abd PHD we have internship programs that inludes stipend as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very inexpensive and feasible. Jharkhand Govt also provides Scholarships for candidates falling under SC, ST categories. BITSAA Alumni Association also conducts annual meet and provide scholarship for meeit listed students of each departments.
Fees and Financial Aid
A lot of Scolarships being offered for eligible candidates on thebasis of merit by Jharkhand Govt and BIT Alumni Association. Loan Facilities are present and Student can easily avail loans if necessary. TWF Schemes are also there for eligible candidates.
Campus Life
There are a total of 13 different clubs in BIT Sindri which conducts technical, cultural, social events each year. Sports club organizes the Inter Colg Annual Sports Meet where different colgs come and participates.
Hostel Facilities
There are alltogether 25 hostels for Male and Female candidates. The Hostel Infrastructure is quite old and needs renovation though but room facilities are good for a student pursuing their degrees. Foods are povided within the hostels 4 times a day. As far as safety is concerned, Some of the Professors stays in the Hostel Arena itself.
Alumni/Alumna
BIT Sindri Alumni Association also termed as BITSAA is an active association of all the aluminus graduated fron colg since past 30 years. They organizes workshops and plans get-together veey often in different cities of the world. They also conduct multiple Scholarship programs for merit listed students of each department.
Admission
Admission process includes writing the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Exam (JCECE) which is conducted each year in the Month of May by Jharkhand State Govt. Once the results are declared, BIT Sindri sets it cut off and based on that rounds of counseling is being conducted.
Faculty
Each and every professors are highly qualified and skilled in their areas of expertise. HODs are also reachable for any help required whatsoever. Faculties are very helpful in career counselling and provide necessary guidings to anyobe looking for it.
