Entrance Preview
There is no criteria such as entrance examination. A student just have to get required percentage in his/her 12th boards exam (Depends upon board) and then a personal interview is taken.

There is proper educated staff for each and every department with a HOD of it.

There is a placement cell in st. Xaviers college. Fee Structure And Facilities
As the college provide good fascilities it charges a quite high fee. The fees varies from department to deaprtment.The annual fees for b.com morning department is about 33000 payable in four quaters and a security deposit is taken during admission Rs. 5000.And the fee for b.com evening is just the double of that of morning.

The Ex. College students take part in the alumni of the collge and they helps the college in development by providing Funds and other resources.The alumni organises an annual meet party once a year in the month of january in which they call the best performers. Even xaviers have experianced "sunburn" in the campus in Alumni events.
Exam Structure
The undergraduate Degree programme Is of three / four years duration divided into six/eight semesters. The academic year is divided into two semesters. July-december and January -June. There are regular exams but with proper Holidays so its not so hectic
