Remarks
Our college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University and approved by UGC. The standard of teaching is up to mark. The support from the faculty members was the main highlight of my academic career. I would definitely recommend the Sree Sankara College solely for the faculty.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure was very much helpful. My B.Sc Biotech course was very thorough. Apart from bookish knowledge, we learn many things, especially the scope of biotechnology and its contribution to enhanced quality of life.
Placement Experience
The placement assistance is limited in our college. Though, our college runs some programs for grooming students for the placement process.
College Events
Many environmentally-friendly activities happen here. Gandhi Jayanti, Independence day, NSS Day are some of the day celebrated in our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of the college was pretty nominal since it is a deemed university. We had to pay only 3,000 for the entire year. The overall expenditure was also negligible.
Campus Life
Campus Life is lively and vibrant. We have many activities during the student union elections. The infrastructure was good and the entire campus was lit with greenery. The campus life was pretty awesome.
Admission
The admission is on the basis of the merit list of class 12. Mahatma Gandhi University conducts common counseling for seat allotment. In simple words, you must have good marks in class 12 to be eligible for admission.
Faculty
The professors were very mindful and helpful at the same time. We got to learn a lot of things from them. Along with the course structure, they would also discuss their research topics with us. They helped us with our research projects as well.
