My College

Our College are named on Bankim Chandra who was the one of great person of 80's. The College is situated near Bankim Bhavan, which is near Railway Station & the bank of River Ganga. The quality of education is too good. The atmosphere for students are also good.

College administrative took a Yearly test, in this exam the passed students are allowed to fill up the University form (admit), then University took the final examination. Qualified students are allowed for next year.

Our College have a placement cell, & we recently organised a Job Fair, there we invited more than 6 Companies. The pass out students are asked to attended it. From this event 27 students are taken for internship in various company.

Fee Structure is Feasible, & Students Union give a concessions for poor but meritorious students. During the admission the College provide a fee structure with the form. Students have to check these and pay.

As Last GS of Students Union had applied for a new facilities for students at the GB meeting that every year 10 students will be allowed to take free admission & Education. Otherwise Union & TCS provide 2 time fee concessions, there are some government scholarship also.

Labs are available fro science students, GYM is there for both staff & Students, Sports cell, Yoga room is there, our College provide Post - Graduation in M.Com, yearly Excursion, WiFi Campus, Educational toor. ETC

No Hostel facilities available right now, but we have a hostel building which is under construction. Behind the College campus we have a Hostel building. The hostel is only for girls who are far from home.

We have an Alumni Forum, and it is really helpful. College & Alumni Association both organised a yearly meet, blood donation campn, Cultural programme. Some Alumni are our teacher now, many are well established.

On the date of publication of H.S result the College portal was opened for form fillup. I filled the admission form and waited until they published the Merit list. My name was enlisted in first phase and I took admission through paying the admission fee online.

The faculties of our College are very good. They are helpful, polite, & always encourage us. The Non - teaching staff are also good. They always try to help students in office work. Our Principal sir is good also.
