As a whole the college is a very good institution and the environment of the college is very good with lush green campus.I would recommend any student to study in this college and assure you that you will have a very good academic and non academic background if you study in this college

We get a lot of startups and good number of reputed companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Roads, LG and startup like open text, mind tree, Apps Associates. CMMI Level 3 company :NTT DATA, Amazon (BPO initially). Salary offered this year was 5 LPA. Some of the companies recruited students of our college are Tech Mahindra, NTT data, mind tree, zenopsys, efftronics, LG, Amazon, Google client companies, CSSI, Apps Associates, Roads, Open Text, Netcon, sensible, DQ entertainment, MAQ software, Virtusa, Rock man, micro pyramid, Epam, Range group and etc.

The college has many technical events like Bhaswara conducted usually in the month of September-October which is a technical event for both CSE and ECE departments. Students from other colleges come to participate here. Cash prizes are distributed to the winners. It's a two day National Level fest.Next comes the traditional day which is usually conducted in the month of January i.e., before sankranthi festival, it's a one day event where every student is instructed to come in traditional manner and events like rampwalk and other cultural events are conducted. In the month of February a event name Vaisheshika is held which is a Science fest and a one day fest conducted within in the college members in which the students exhibit their own projects. In the month of March the Annual day is conducted for 2 days. First day the event is named as Vibgyor which is based on Maths and English fest. Second day is the annual day and all prizes for events winners, academic toppers are awarded with prizes on this day. Within 20 days a fest for mechanical department by name Manotron is conducted which is inter college fest and is considered to be a famous fest with in the surrounding areas. And others events like electrical for EEE department is conducted on the same day. We have other events like NEN week, ITC hackathons etc.

The fee structure is quite feasible and worthy for this college.As of now the College Tuition Fee is Rs.81000/- The students who fall under fee reimbursement ctegoru can avail a fee waiver of Rs.35000 which is given by the state government

College also provides very good scholarships for merit students every year.The top merit students will be getting a merit Scholarship on the Annual day of our college every year.This is also a very good encouragement from the management

The college has a good infrastructure with good lab facilities, R&D labs, computer labs, IBM Lab for big data analytics. The college is now being renovated further and recently basketball court has been modified. Volleyball court has been arranged. There is a mini football ground and an open lawn for events which is quite big and can accommodate 3k people easily. College has good transport facilities around 40 buses cover the city.Many extra curricular activities by studeny bodies of the college will be conducted.NSS is a student body of the college which conducts many events and helps in many aspects

The college has a very good alumnus network and they are working for very good conpanies now and give many advices for the development of the college and students as well.They help in conducting all the technical events

To get into this college one need to write EAMCET exam conducted by TS Government and based on the rank you get in the exam if you are eligible to get a seat in the college you can join.Lateral entry students can also join the Institute by writing the respective exam and enter into second year directly

Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology has a quite good number of professors, Associate professors, Assistants.It can be told that the faculty is the main backbone for the development of this college.Each department has atleast 3-4 professorsb who have completes their PhDs.The English faculty have two doctorates, Science and humanities department have 1 Ph.D. All the core departments have atleast two professors. The College even provides a special facility for finishing school conducted by Professor Rao. He has successfully done this programme in many other colleges also The faculty even encourage students to participate in various curricular and extra curricular activities.
