Remarks
I have mixed feelings for our college. It is a good place for learning but there was a lot of politics in the college, which I didn’t like. The student union elections were the starting point of the event. At that time emphasis on the learning was less. But for the rest of the year, the teaching was good. It curbed us for a better career ahead.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is good. Apart from the academics, I learned a lot. It was very life-changing journey which gave me a different perspective on what I should be doing with my life. The course curriculum paved the way for our exquisite career and where we are now. We learned a lot and the syllabus and the teaching and the overall environment has to be credited for that.
College Events
The cultural fest included a blend of different cultures. Many such activities were part of the curriculum, where we participated in many cultural and societal events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is pretty basic. The college also offers scholarships and fee exemption to select candidates. The candidates belonging to the economically weaker backgrounds can also claim fee exemption.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the scholarship option is also available in the college. Calicut University also runs many e grant schemes.
Campus Life
The college has been equipped with all the necessary facilities and services that make the education simpler for the students. It has a multimedia center, games, and sports facility, library with a good collection of books, newspapers, reference books, magazines, and journals. The overall ambiance of the college is good, especially for the learning.
Admission
The admission is granted by the Calicut University. You need to have scored very good marks in class 12 or equivalent exam. The admission process was pretty hectic and exhausting. I had to wait for the third merit list for my name to appear in the list.
Faculty
The faculty is supportive and had an ample amount of relevant experience with them. They were very compatible as well, always caring for the future of students who are really serious about academics.
