Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was very good. The curriculum also included an orientation program for MS Office and Internet usage. The BBA program, which I was part of, covered all the basics of corporate management. We have to choose between the options of the elective subjects.
Placement Experience
The placement record varies from program to program. Many students got placed from my batch. Some of the frequent recruiters include IDBI Federal and Apolo Lite etc. Most of the students were recruited for leadership roles.
College Events
The extracurricular activities were highly promoted in our college. The college would actively conduct many campaigns Blood Group Identification, Anti Drug Trafficking campaign, Cancer awareness program, etc. We also took part in many sports activities, as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee for one year was around 10k which was very nominal. The students, especially female students can avail of many scholarship plans, offered by the college and the state govt. The college provides all the basic facilities to the students, like Wi-Fi connectivity, hostel facility, free laptops, etc.
Campus Life
The campus life is very jazzy and happening. The infrastructure is good and the facilities provided are above par.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is also available for both boys and girls. Our college offers a free hostel facility for girls. The rooms in the hostels are spacious and hygienic. The hostel was like a second home for the students. The warden was very friendly.
Admission
The admission is direct, and hustle free. The students are granted admission on the basis of their class 12 exam. Salem College is closer to my hometown, that’s why I preferred the college.
Faculty
The faculty members were qualified and most of them were Ph.D. holders. The teaching mostly included an orthodox style of teaching. The faculty contributed to our overall development.
