Remarks

There were many positives in the Andhra University. University provides free transportation for the hostlers, free gym and Indore stadium, zero cost medical support, it also provides the banking support in the campus. It also provides free internet for the students upto 2gb limit and library of the university is the biggest advantage for the students and there was a reading room for students.

If the student qualified the entrance test and got a seat by counseling, the government will pay the fee upto 25000 where the remaining should be paid by student. The fee was based on the category of the student.

Placement Experience

There will held no placements held in the Andhra University on campus, but the certificate value was very high so the student who had gained a great knowledge from the Andhra University can get a job easily by himself as the knowledge gained here will always helps the student for a better life

College Events

Andhra University gives the importance for the sports Ann other events as well as the studies. The college organises the freshers parties, farewell parties, sports day, science day, traditional day, some more festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, the fee is not expensive as it was handled by government. The fee structure in the Andhra University is based on the type of course or department that was opted by the student. But when compared to other Universities here the fee structure was good.

Fees and Financial Aid

For all the students who have been studying in the Andhra University, the government will allot the scholarships for the students. The scholarship alloted to the student was based on the student whether he is a hostelers or a day scholar.

Campus Life

As the Andhra University was vast there were many Labs and large number of instruments. The university conducts the extra curricular activities such as sports, singing, culturals, work shops and many more. The university also provides the gym, sports ground, Indore stadium for the sake of students interests.

Alumni/Alumna

Andhra University is basically well known for its anti ragging environment. In the university we can find nowhere the students ragging. Ragging was strictly prohibited in the university including hostels. Seniors helps the Juniors and freshers in many ways in education, rules, moral support.

Admission

I had written an entrance test and got a rank. To get an admission in Andhra University, one should quality the entrance test conducted by authority of University named 'AUCET' and you must get a good rank to get a seat in the university.

Faculty

All the faculty in the Andhra University are selected by the government itself, the must complete a PhD to work as a lecturer in the Andhra University. The faculty were really awesome as they were experienced.

The placements in my college was being worse day by day before year it got some but know no only few got placed not worth of the money we paid , average package is 6 lpa and companies like infosys, Accenture, fractal and many like that but at the initial step only they are sending reject mails . 20 % of the people got placed , my plans are like need to check the job postings in off campus and prepare for that .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is so updated and they focus more on application. They also provide us with the knowledge of emerging fields and opportunities. But i feel like the curriculum should be less hectic for the students. The exams are veru frequent here because there will be 3 internal assessments before the main exams and they are so hectic.

My favourite subject is Computer science, i like computer science in my hood, I will want to be SOFTWARE ENGINEER, i had a dream to study btech and get a good job and get my individuality, but unfortunately , our financial problems , i am not able to learnt engineering, now i am studying Masters of computer science, but i am not satisfied , because they did not provide good knowlege , they taught like basics what we had already learnt at degree, i felt very very bad at every moment, i get tears when i paid fee , because our parents did so much hard work for our education , but in colleges there is nothing else. I did inerntships at AWS cloud and DEVOPS , now i am doing devops internship and configuration at a company. I will be become a DEVOPS ENGINEER, my aim is to get engineer beyond my name .

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course here in sri Venkateswara university is master of science in statistics. This subject seems to be very interesting and I am very happy with the knowledge that I can get to know from my faculty. Coming to exams and conducting exams they give much time from sem to sem. As it is a semester system we have a lot of time to study. We will be having two internal exams and an external exam. Internal exam is for 20 marks and external exam is for 80 marks on a total of 100 marks.
