My College Experience

Positive 1. Infrastructure is good as compared to the fees structure. 2. Canteen is decent, food is edible and not much expensive. Negative 1.Faculty here are really bad , this is my personal experience. 2. Attendance is a very big concern for students and teachers both.

Course curriculum is not at all good , as i think it is not oriented to placement. students are taught subjects that are mostly of no use in a placement.The exam structure is indeed very hectic because there are exams almost every week.Students are not able to focus on programming languages. Faculty here is just bothered about attendance and mostly want us to get placed in TCS at a low package.There ultimate goal is a placement not bothered about getting a good one into a MNC.If you want to prepare for some exams like GATE, CAT, GRE ,GMAT,etc you actually don't get enough time to prepare.I would totally recommend if you want to get placed in TCS then only join this college.

My College is far behind in providing internships. Placement here is basic most of them are getting placed in TCS with a average package of 3lacs per annum.They have a tie up with TCS so mass recruitment is seen by TCS.Highest package from our college was 13lacs per annum last year.

Events are good enough in our college but the thing is the number of events is less. The biggest event that is saw in our college is Tech fest.I am currently in First year so don't know much about events taking place in my college.

Fee structure is good compared to other colleges.It is feasible to most of the people and many of them are getting scholarships. Fees structure is around 4lacs tutions fees in total 12 thousand per annum is the bus fees.

Scholarships and loan facilities are provided in our college for category. Students ,Girls and to ones with fee waiver. I have not availed any of the loan or scholarships so I am not much aware of the facilities so I cannot review this topic in detail.

Extracurricular activities are mostly not supported extent of these activities is very less and are not much appreciated by teachers specially if the student is a average student. Labs are decent but I believe our school labs were actually better then the labs here we got.

I have not opted for hostel but seeing from outside it doesn't seem that good. Walls are not painted and food is just edible not that great as I have seen.Since I have not opted for hostel I cannot review in much detail.

Alumni network of this college is not very good.Seniors are good and respect there juniors (most of them ) above stated line was for day scholars , hostlers are mistreated a bit but also get help when needed from seniors.Seniors are not that helpful to me as of now.

I got Admission on the basis of my JEE mains rank.Then I applied in MP counseling to get into this college. There was a merit list given to the students on the basis of there jee mains rank. It is known as common merit list.On the basis of that common merit list students applied for the college in choice filling.Then there were two rounds with two upgrades each.I got my college in First round.

Faculty here is just bothered about attendance and mostly want us to get placed in TCS at a low package.There ultimate goal is a placement not bothered about getting a good one into a MNC.If you want to prepare for some exams like GATE, CAT, GRE ,GMAT,etc you actually don't get enough time to prepare.I would totally recommend if you want to get placed in TCS then only join this college. Faculty is poorly knowledgeable except some of them. Most of them are just focused to give notes and think they have explained well and expect good grades from us. Most of them don't know how to speak English fluently and also can't even pronounce words correctly.Some of them also don't know to speak Hindi also correctly.If I have to rate my faculty out of 10 I would rate them 6
