Experiencing bvm college

There are many positive as well as negative remarks, as the college is oldest in Gujarat it is the first engineering college the infrastructure is impressive but now its time to do maintenance work. The faculties are very good this is a positive remark. The principal sir is also active in every activity.

The course offered in college is aicte approved and the modifications are also there because its a autonomous institute. Because of autonomous the exam structure is quite different from other colleges. Two internal exams (2 mid sem) no provision for remidial and end sem exam for particular semester.

Students have to complete atleast 6 weeks of internship. I experience the internship in coming summer so at this time i don't have any experience.

In our college the first tech-fest called genesis and udaan the annual function of over college is celebrated. In genesis different activities are involved. The events in genesis is organised by students only. The udaan is celebrated like a festival in college in udaan there days as well as night program also organized like garba night, dj night etc.

The college is goverment so the fees are feasible. But some department are also self financed but that fees also feasible. For government the fees are 4000 per year excluded exam fees. Exam fees are based on your subject it veries in every semester.

The scholarships that governments has give that can applied in college, but college didn't offer loan facilities, The college also give scholarships from allumini of college but for that you have to score high inoff.

The college has very advanced lab facilities as well as very good cultural committees, Every sports is offered in college from cricket to foodball. The college have it's own cricket and football team. The cricket team is very good it plays upto semi in state level.

The hostel has 3 wings A,B and C. The infrastructure of A wing is very good and good facilities. 24 hours running of water, 24 hour electricity facility for both cold as well as hot water, but don't ha ve ac. The B wing quite old but it's also nice and C wing is under maintenance.

The alumni are very active and seniors are quite usefull. They are very helpful, in my first year they help me for many times, they teach me how to manage time. Seniors are help me in my projects, submissions. They are great.

First you'll have to collect brochure from the kotak mahindra bank that will give you your id and password for login in acpc website, you have to fill the online form and then acpc will give you a rank. Now you'll have to select colleges on that website, you have to arranged college list as per your priority. Then 3 rounds are there 2 are online and 3rd is offline. The faculties are very good and qualified in my branch particularly. The professor are highly qualified and well experienced, The lectures are of 1 hour and the professor's has value for every minute. If the course is incomplete they also take extra leacture.
