Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus as prescribed by the University of Gour Banga. The college follows the course structure, which enabled me to have a deeper insight into things. During my batch, exams would only happen once a year. Apart from that, there were internal exams.
College Events
The college is very much involved in extracurricular activities. The college would organize different celebration days like sports day, annual day, NCC Day, etc. The college also motivates students to take part in cultural activities and festive celebrations.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is pretty basic. The college offers the most affordable education in the state and that too with standard quality of education. This college is a place where you can find everything at affordable prices.
Campus Life
The campus life is pretty good in the college. The buildings are pretty good and the status of the college is pretty good in its entirety. The college provides facilities like hostel facilities, fully-fledged libraries, Audio-Video enabled auditoriums and many more.
Hostel Facilities
The girl’s hostel is clean and affordable. The boys' hostel is a bit messy. The fee structure is almost like it's free. You can even get food at very nominal prices.
Admission
Admission is direct to our college. You have to apply online with your class 12 marks. I got admission because I had scored 90% marks in class 12. This is the closest degree college to my house and the most affordable one also.
Faculty
All the faculty members are pretty much qualified. They were very helpful and adamant about resolving our issues. The college focuses on hiring qualified and experienced teachers. This has enabled the college to maintain a standard of teaching. I would definitely recommend the college on the basis of teaching, alone.
