College has good infrastructure and discipline procedure.

Entrance Preview

I have attended tamilnadu government B.E/B.Tech entrance exam along with my 12th mark my mark was 261 out of 300 opted this college because I want to do textile technology in very reputed and discipline college.

Internships Opportunities

We have good industrial visit in our college day sat the end of 2nd and 3rd year we had industrial training given in Lakshmi mills we have good industrial visit in LMW,Lakshmi mills and visited spinning dying processing unit in Kerala and many more industry.

Placement Experience

Placement was good in our college almost 100% of pass out students was placed for textile industry we got initial offers from 15000rs to 25000rs per month based on the company.Textile industry reliance,lmw,Arvind mills and many more industry came for placement.

KCT cultural events and very good and conducted in grand manner for yearly cultural big film industry members are visited in my period actor suriya visited inter department function and regular function was conducted in good and very useful manner.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was collected as per government scale for fee seat around 15000rs per year and payment seat around 50000rs per year For Management seat was decided by college it was at higher side.

Scholarship was available but I don't know much about itFor getting loan from bank quotation was provided.

College has lab facility and textile industry machinesIn textile branch we had 8 girls and 37 boys sports ground is good for entertainment and very modern library was there function and seminar was conducted frequently very largest auditorium was present.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel food is ok manageable hostel was good room with 2 members hostel food was charged around 1500 rs per month and accommodation for 10000 rs per year.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Good guide line from senior has be experiencedCollege is conducting yearly alumni function inviting all students alumni from industry experience has shared and guided us on starting career in right path.

Exam Structure

Exam was conducted yearly semester it was very encouraging and happy days Between exam we have enough time and study material provided was very good and useful.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Kumaraguru - A wonderful journey

A green campus with welcoming nature for all students.

I chose this college because the first reason is it was near to my home. The travel distance was less. And the placements offered by this college was awesome.
