Poornima University review

Good in placements but need to improvise alot. Infra is not good, studies are not good, environment is not good, faculty support 0, strict rules only focused on attendance and documentation not focused on quality. Focused in quantity.

Course curriculum is not up to date need to more focused on practical. Exam structure in good. But need to reduce the number of exam they had taken through out the semester. Need to more focused on overall analysis instead of theoretical analysis.

Placements opportunities for cs students is quite good. But you only got opportunity if you are very good in studies. Because poornima had 4 more colleges and placements cells are same for all of them. So for cs good placement offers but for other branches it's tough.

Poornima is low budget college They don't invest on fests and events. They are strict and only believe in studies. Primary school kind of environment in poornima. Low quality fest once a year. Standards are not up to mark.

Poornima is feasible. Fee structure is good. No hidden charges they are honest in fee management no disputes in fee related issues. They have nominal fee structure. But they charge little extra accordingly to there infra and faculty quality

Only there are one scholarship facility available which is on the basis or 12th % and you have to maintain same % in college if you are not able to maintain the % then scholarships will not be rewarded and once the scholarship is breached then continuing scholarships is not possible. W

All of these things are missing from Poornima. Poornima is a school like college they only believe in studies and attendance. Lads of cs are quite cool. Sports are also not very appreciated in poornima.

Hostel facilities are expensive according to jaipur prices and aminities. Single rooms are not available only Sharing room. Warden and hostel rules are strict. But nearby no other options are available so hostel is good until you don't have vehicle. If you had vehicle then hostel is not good.

No seniors are not helpful. Actually there is no concept of farewell, freshers and get togethers. So it's tough to be in touch and also college never introduced juniors to seniors. Actually poornima also strong rules against seniorism so it's tough to make bonds.

I filled online application worth 1000 then i got call from college and they were only asking for 55% in 12th and i have 59 so i got my admission. There were also scholarship offer depending upon the 12th percent.

Faculties are not trained enough. They are expert in theory but practical is missing. Need to be more experienced and quality teaching is missing need to improve alot on quality of teachers. Teachers need to more domain specific.
