SASTRA REVIEW

I am a student from kumbakonam campus. Here there is no accommodation and food providing by management. Academics are literally good.poor infrastructure when compared to main campus. The faculty also somewhat good and experienced. The great thing is treating all students with same priority at all times.

I like the course curriculum because I had intrest in this field only. Exam structure consists internal and external examination. Internal marks divided into 3 mid exams and assignment marks. Among 3 mids ,best 2 mid marks will consider for internals and convert 50 marks into 20marks for each mid and 10 marks for assignment.so internal marks will be 20+20+10=50. From external 100 marks ,they will convert as 50 marks.

I am proud to say that we will palce in better companies. Because the job opportunities are very high. Job is based on our skills ,on sets we have to prove it. Yeah recently Accenture provides an internship. It was good and it helps us to gain more knowledge and work.

In kumbakonam campus ,the one and only biggest event is theta function. A couple of days will more beautiful throughout one year. On those two days everyone will enjoy a lot. Songs ,dances , cultural, technical events are also takes a part of theta.

I am a middle class student,so I decided SASTRA DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY. Because to achieve my expectations about my college is based on my economic background also. I am frankly saying that ,this is the only fair college which provides good placement with feasible fees.

I am a middle class student. I asked about loan facility offered by my college but I was rejected because there is no banks nearby my native place. No problem,my friends are getting loans by college facility only. They didn't face a little problem.

In my campus management only gives preference to studies. Nothing is fair with extracurricular activities. According to labs,some of the required materials are not working properly. According to sports , some games will held.

In my campus there is a great relationship between our seniors and Juniors. They always be friendly and helpful. The interaction in our campus is comparitively greater than main campus. I am proud to say this. At every time, I need help either with studies or outside works they will help us.

I got 72 marks in jee mains 2017 and 978 marks in 12th standard. The college shortlisted based on jee mains and 12th marks. They make shortlist based on 75% of jee mains and 25% of 12th standard marks.

I am a student from kumbakonam campus. In my campus there are good staff and well experienced. Here we have a good interaction with our faculty. And they will available in all free times. They will do their best for student welfare.
