Remarks
I have overall positive remarks that best placements and internships are best point of this college but they can improve it further by updating courses to new age technologies and methods. It is 1st ranked college in gujarat for ICT.
Course Curriculum Overview
I think course curriculum is fine because some course are with current pace of technology but some needs improvement. To make student socially responsible they have courses on humanities too which you can take as electivesoon and some of them are core courses.
Placement Experience
1 great thing about this college is its placement and internship. Highest package last year is about 40 lacs in campus and 70 lacs off campus. Average is 12 lacs and minimum is 7 lacs per annum. Stipend for some internships with good companies like amazon , deutch bank , sprinkler and many more.
College Events
There are 3 major events. ifest is main technological festival , Synapse is main cultural festival and concours is main sports fest of college. Except this there are lots of club events like quiz , competitions etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is expensive if you are from middle class family because they charge you about 2 lacs+ per year for study + hostel fees. But food in canteen is very cheap compared to others. You can take this fees as feasible too because all other colleges are costing same.
Fees and Financial Aid
You can get 1 scholarship from 3 avaiable scholarship if you are eligible. 1st is Mysy which is given by gujarat government. 2nd is TFWS scheme for ACPC top rangers. 3rd is merit cum means for JEE top rankers.
Campus Life
Labs are very well and equipped with latest processors. Sports here is fine because we have cricket stadium , football stadium, badminton , basketball, volleyball courts etc. Extracurricular activities involve music drama dance and other things.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is very well in new hostel with 3 sharing room and basic furniture but in old hostel it is medium and there is 2 sharing room. Infrastructure includes 10gb daily Internet plus nice furniture also.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is great. Alumnus are working in giant companies like Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft etc. Seniors are very helpful here they tell you there experience and are ready to help you in any case.
Admission
You can get admission in daiict via 2 separate way. 1) Admission through rank of JEE main exam 2)Admission through ACPC merit rank of gujarat board. I took admission via 2nd method and my ACPC rank is 58.
Faculty
Honestly my answer will change for every single faculty by whom I learned something. What I can say is that some are having great encouragement for new methods of learning but some still use that old method. But there is majority of first type of faculty so hopes are high.
