Remarks
The positive thing here is the environment of studies and infrastructure. We have the great and well knowledged faculties who guides us every where. This college is best in return and investment. Its fee is very less. negative part is that it legs in placement for many branches but if you opted good branches here, congrats you have a great future ahead.
Placement Experience
Placement is depand upon which branch you have taken. In metallurgy there is 100% placement. Placement for mechanical, electrical, CSE, IT, ECE are also good. Placement at CIVIL and production is little bad. Many of them get PSU through GATE exam. Main software companies visits are TCS, Wipro, ZS associates, pinclip etc.
College Events
The events are categorised into two parts Technical fest, Cultural fest Technical fest contain many technical events like robo fight, scientific debates,programming events etc in which students from other colleges also participate. Cultural fest is full of entertainment. it contains singing,drama,DJ night.pro night. technical fest is held in the month of april where cultural fest is held in November.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very less in comparison to the many big colleges. As it is a government college the college fee is fixed and not much expensive. College fee is approx 15k per year. and semester fees are 2850 per semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
For those students whose income is less or family background is not so good they are provided some scholarship. These scholarships are provided by the alumni of our colleges. Laptops are also given to some of our intelligent students. A scholarship of 10k per year is given to the topper of the semester exam.
Campus Life
There are so much of extracurricular activities are there. Labs are highly advanced and there are several labs. Siemens lab is one of the best lab by Jharkhand government which is situated in the College campus. Hydraulic labs ,heat engine labs, SOM lab are some best lab here. Sports activities are also done here. In a year there is a sports events spardha also.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted hostel. hostel fee is 5000 per year. Infrastructure and facilities are awesome. Mess is inside the hostel. the food quality of mess is good but for some hostel it is very bad. there are 28 hostels in my college.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very strong here. They give us sponsorship everytime. whenever we need them they stand like a Guardian. seniors are also very kind hearted and helping.they gives us notes and guidance too. I think we have the best alumni and seniors.
Admission
A state engineering entrance exam called JEECE in which i appeared and got a rank of 178. That's how i got my admission. I got mechanical engineering stream in the very first round of counselling.This is situation at 2017. But from previous year it takes admission through the JEE mains marks.
Faculty
Faculties are well educated and have sufficient knowledge on their subjects. Their personality as well as knowledge is enough for us. All have Phd and masters degree. Behaviour of every faculties are awesome. They are of helping nature.
