No negative marks about my college. Everything is well and good. Our college's mission is to impart highest quality of technical education providing impetus to research and development, foster innovation in the technological growth, encourage entrepreneurship and strive to solve problems of man kind.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well planned and all the subjects that we are having for the exams are the updated ones. The exam structure consists of eight semesters per year in which every year three internal exams, lab practical exams and one semester exam will be conducted.
Placement Experience
Our college is providing 100% placement. The Placement Cell of SKCET plays a vital role by being a platform for Corporates and Young graduates to interact for mutual benefit. Services are provided throughout the year to prepare students and help those secure placements. The number of students placed through campus placement programs is on the rise every year.
College Events
The events celebrated in our college are Kensho (It is a national level technical event conducted every year to motivate the students from both inside and outside the campus to participate in their own department technical events) and Dhwani (Which is an intracollege event on non technical events).
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite expensive but it is worth for the amount. They collect the overall fees which includes for Business English Certification, Exam fees, Tuition fees, Stationery fees, Placement fees etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
If a student got very good score in his school examination, he may get waiver in fees and there are lot of scholarships for first graduate students and also for the students who secured first three ranks in all the semester examinations.
Campus Life
Our institution motivates us by providing lots of platforms for extracurricular activities. That includes sports, clubs, organisations etc. And also I like the infrastructure of the labs too. They are too good to work with.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, we are given the opportunity to connect with our alumni network and senior students. They often visit our college and give us various ideas and share their experiences. It was really helpful and it was a good move by the institution.
Faculty
The faculties from my college are really talented, passionate towards teaching and student friendly. They help students to understand the technical concepts better and helps us to apply the concepts in our real life.
