Course Curriculum Overview

Everyone knows about the Bachelor in commerce's course curriculum. It's a three year undergraduate programme. Divided into 6 semesters. Exams are conducted twice a year as per the recommendations of CBCS syllabus.

Placement Experience

In my course, I'm sure they conduct placements but no, the placement cell isn't something you should be relying on in here. Go, get a separate experience somewhere else. It'll be good for you, trust me.

College Events

Well, there are several things. Right from grand freshers and farewell to conducting BJB cricket cups. It sends players to national levels.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible. It's a government college after all. Fee structure for all the courses here are comparatively low and alright. No issues with that.

Campus Life

They are all awesome. It has everything that a student needs. Laboratory, Sports room, a stage for talent show. I suggest don't come at all. Do some good to us by not doing anything.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, we have this BJB Friends. An Alumni network of our college. Passout from our college are really famous people all around the world.

Admission

I had national basketball quota which gave me additional 10% of weightage. So, I had secured 80% and after the weightage it became 88% I was also among the meritorious candidates. So, I got through the process.

Faculty

The faculty here at BJB is great. Everyone's well qualified and they hold doctorates. The ones who are here to study will accomplish a lot here. Just make the best use of the resources you got, pal. It's important you do.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had taken commerce when i was in the college and the curriculum is very easy but some time its get borring because there are few subject are there where the teaching that the teacher is giving is either going above the head or not understable because those some subject have no use in the daily life and that are not usefull.

Value for Money Education in Rourkela

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of B.Com under Sambalpur University covers important subjects like Accounting, Business Law, Economics, Management and Taxation which are essential for future studies and careers in finance or commerce. The structure is simple to follow and helps students build a good base in theory. Semester exams are conducted on time and the difficulty level is moderate. A student who consistently studies can score well without extreme pressure. However, there is a lack of practical exposure such as industry visits, internships or real-world business case studies. Also, subjects related to modern digital business trends like data analytics, advanced Excel, and GST practicals should be included to make students more job-ready. Overall, the curriculum is relevant but needs more updates to match the current professional requirements

My Experience at PN College: Campus Life, Cources, and Everything in Between

Placement Experience:

In our college, final-year students are eligile for campus placements. While i don't recall the specific companies that visited, one of my friends interviewed with Axis Bank and got selected with a package of around 2.4 lakh. The exact percentage of students are placed and details of average or highest packages are unclear to me, but the placements process provides opportunities of those actively seeking jobs. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue an independent career rather that seeking a traditioinal job placement.

Honestly after b com there is rearly some jobs and also low packages ,and college also give placement and this also very low packages thats why I do cost and management accounting along with b.com and some are only doing b.com

My great knowledge in maths influenced me to choose this course. The practice and love towards the maths subject help me to prepare for real world applications. Course Curriculum Overview:

My goal and i would like to work as a cost accountant..so for this purpose i have choosen this course for study because without degree and knowledge in commerce i have not achieve my goal. In our course the ratio of facility and student is 7:250. Our faculty is well educated and completed all the qualification required to became a professor in college and also awarded from our President of india.. Teaching style, method is very much easy and clear. Every students can easily understand the overall study course. Thr term exam is conducted in 3 month and overall 2 exam is conducted in a semister..1st term exam is 20mark and it is very easy to score the mark but 2nd or final semester exam is 80mark and it is little difficult to score more marks as compared to 1st term exam..

Positive is there are many trees around the campus but the negative one is there is no proper boundary wall for the campus, anyone can jump through the wall and can get inside or go outside of the college campus.
