Course curriculum is very good. New subjects , new lab sessions, new technologies are introduced for newcomers. Credits are also reduced. Exam structure is there will be three mid exams and one external exam

Yes. Sastra University is renowned for it's placements. There are many major recruiting companies that visit sastra. You will have many chances to get in globally renowned companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc. On other hand there are day1 share companies which can recruit students in a bulk number like TCS, CTS, WIPRO, INFOSYS

There will be so many events celebrated in our college. Atleast there will be one event per month irrespective of regional festivals. Daksh, collosseum and kurusaastra are famous. Daksh is a technical fest, colloseum is a sports fest and kurusastra is the biggest event with all cultural activities.

Fee structure is bit reasonable and less compared to other deemed universities. We have to pay semester fees for every semester. Hostel fees once per year. Food fees - you have to pay every month. You will have your expenditures.

Loan facility will be provided only in the first year of btech as of I know. There are two banks CUB and PNB that offer educational loans to students. Even college provide good opportunities to merit people who scored good marks in their exams are rewarded with scholarships.

College provides so many lab sessions, gym facilities, cricket ground, badminton courts, tennis courts, table tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball and football courts. On other hand there will be events conducted by departments or clubs which makes u to explore more.

There are so many hostels which you have to choose any one of the hostel on the given date and time by the college management. But for first year students, management itself allot rooms and hostels. There will be separate hostels for first years and other year students.

Yes. There will be some glance or an idea about the college by reading any comments from a senior student. It was bit helpful, if we are able to know the college culture before we enter into it. There are so many websites in internet to know more about the college.

I applied through college website openings and I reached the criteria. Based on our inter and mains exam marks, college will announce a merit list. Counselling happens according based on the merit list itself.

Faculty is different for different departments. In our department all the faculty are good but some are exceptional. There will be mentors assigned for every 20 students. These mentors help us in every aspect.
