University criteria

Totally i would give 7 as i am not happy eith the subject choices, its kind of burden for students at college level to have 9-10 subjects. i prefer the corr subjects to be mainly taught rather than the extra caricullar subjects such as foreign lamguages and behaviourial sciences etc

Good, but too many subjects for my courses which gives a hectic schedule for students in my course, the exam structure in amity particularly my department is very upto date which is very much accurate and on point

As amity is very concern about students where abouts, every student is given an opportunity for placement and jobs which is the addition points but internship I haven’t have experience about it, as im still in my 3rd sem

There has been many festivals as amity is diverse in culture and heritages. we have celebrated almost every festivals as our country is very much keen in celebrating traditional festivals, some of which would be the gandhi jayanti, amity freshers social, independence day, republic day etc

Fee are not that cheap in amity to be very precise, it is kind of costly in terms of colleges and other universities but again its a private university so some how its understandable, the fee structure for my course is basically in a semester wise 42000 per sem

I right now am not into scholarships as i have not applied but i have heard many on going scholarships program are available for students, say merit based , sports scholarship and some other scholarships are much available

The extra caricullar activities in my particular courses should be more practice, more field trips and lab along with outside practicals should be more done, as of now we haven’t have much resources to labs, but sports is good as the platform is wide for every student

I am not in hostel so i don’t have idea about hostels in amity, amity hostel has a separate charges and me being outside of amity hostel taking rent, i dont have much exposure and experience about the hostel stuffs

Seniors at some point are helpful, they do help out in time of need and when approached, they are kind yet gentle towards juniors and that is the best part of my department. so all over they seems to be helpful

We have to first start of by Registration as it was the first step followed by written exam and then moving along to interview and lastly selection part, it was a critical yet challenging one for students which is good

They are good, educated enough and most of the time friendly. The teachers are friendly and easy to contradict but they have some norms such as not contacting them in watsapp or social media platforms
