Course Curriculum Overview
Civil engineering is a tough course. It has the most amount of subjects and needs a lot of hardwork. Exam structure in the internal assessment is really congested we have 2 exams per day for internal exams. But we get a lot of time for external exams preparation
Placement Experience
Placements opportunities are good enough for cse and it branches but for civil engineering it is zero. There is mandatory internship at the end of 3rd year but it's not through college we need to do find a company ourselves
College Events
MJCET has one of the best events many students from different colleges attend it. There are both technical and non-technical events in the college. The major event which happens once a year is called adsophos it's a experience you need to take atleast once
Fees and Financial Aid
Government scholarship is available for every student who have got admission through conveynor quota. They need to make a income certificate from mee seva and they can basically get through engineering for free
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities like cricket,basketball,football are available but they are not so great. The labs except computer labs are all having 20-30 years old equipment
Admission
Eamcet. The cutoff rank was 49k i got 33k rank so i got seat through conveynor quota. I had to give my documents like aadhar card, transfer certificate of college, 10-12 standard memo and eamcet memo.
Faculty
Some are great and experienced teachers and there are few lecturers in every college that are not so good at teaching they make the subject look boring or make it look really complicated.
