One of the many good things is the infrastructure and facility provided by the college/university as promised before. While the negative is that the rules are very rigid and strict with regards to attendance and Punctuality.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is comprehensive covering all the aspects of the field along with allied sciences as well such as sociology, philosophy and political science with history. This comprehensive approach leads a holistic development as a psychologist.
Placement Experience
I am still not graduated so I can't say much about the placements but as far as the information I have come across, the placement facility is satisfactory in the Kolkata campus where I am studying whilst it depends upon your course. And the college provides summer internship after your 4th semester.
College Events
The college is full of events whole year round. All the festivals are celebrated with equal enthusiasm and excitement be it mahalaya, diwali, holi etc. Along with it fests such as Amiphoria and psynthesis keeps the enthusiasm alive all year long.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It depends upon the course you're opting for. Some courses offered are fairly feasible financially while some may look a little expensive. But the scholarship facility as well as the option of college sponsor is present if you meet the eligibility criteria.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have availed a 50% scholarship during the admission and our college offers 25,50 and 100% scholarships as well. The criteria are different for all three but it's very achievable. All of them are based on the board marks.
Campus Life
All the facilities provided by the university is good enough. Amity university all across the globe is specifically famous for its infrastructure and facilities and the reality confirms it. They're are sufficient number of labs and activities required.
Alumni/Alumna
All the seniors I have ever come across are helpful and co operative in every aspect. Since day one all of them have assisted me whenever required. In every field, be it academics, co-curricular Or any thing.
Admission
You can apply through the website where you'll need to fill out a form with all the necessary details after which you will be required to make a small payment for the application form. Once done you can wait for their call because if you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you will get a fast track admission without the interview.
Faculty
The faculty is well qualified for almost all the courses. Some are even PhD graduates. While some are famous for their work in their respective fields. Our research facility is also very renowned all across the country.
