I have very possitive remarks for The Sydenham College Of Commerce and Economics. As this is the best college that I've been too both Teaching and Extra Curricular Activities. This college has also arranged the world famous TED Conference for the students for free. Thus, Anybody who is thinking of getting into this college. Get good marks, make it in the Merit Lists and you'll be very happy that you got in this Prestigious College with the heritage of more than 106 years. Being the first college of Commerce and Economics in the whole of Asia.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Examination Structure is very well managed as compared to many other colleges. The Examinations are held very professionally and no misconduct is tolerated. Now, the Course Curriculum is also very vast. The student can choose the elective subjects and courses as per their interests.
Placement Experience
It is one of those rare colleges in Mumbai that provides internship programs for students in order for them to get the experience they would need as they graduate. Not many colleges provide internship programs to freshers. However that is not the case here. Freshers also gets internship programs with stipends and also with conveyance allowances.

Here the fees structure is comparatively less as compared to other private colleges and private institutions as The Sydenham College Of Commerce and Economics is owned and managed by the Government Of Maharashtra.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Sydenham College Of Commerce and Economics provides loan and Scholarship Facility. Especially to the students, who come from SC/ST Background or any students that come form Scheduled Tribe and Caste.
Campus Life
The Sydenham College Of Commerce and Economics has a wide variety of sports and physical activities such as Cricket, Football, Volleyball, ETC. The College also has a A Grade Gymkhana for students and Employees.
Hostel Facilities
I have not opted for the Hostel Facilities in the college. Hence, I do not have the proper insights of the scenario. However, as a student i can see how the Hostel is being kept and how beautifully it is managed. However, I do not know about the Hostel Canteen.
Alumni/Alumna
The Alumni network of The Sydenham College Of Commerce and Economics is very Flourished as many many great Personalities of India has graduated from this Very College. Some Alumni is as follows :- Hrithik Roshan Sameera Reddy Farooq Abdullah Swapnil Joshi Deepak Parekh Rakesh Jhunjhunwaala & Many more.
Admission
I went through the Government managed admission process. I made it in the First Merit List. After HSC Exams, the students are supposed to fill an online admission form as well as the offline form of the respective colleges they had entered the name in the Online Form and wait for the merit lists to come.
Faculty
The Faculty and the management is very good and also very professional. They help the students thoroughly and solve their problems on the spot. Overall the faculty and management of the college is very well put together and they are very experienced.
