Near about Rank in each entrance exam. IIT JEE- 13000(All India Rank), AIEEE - 23000(All India Rank) ,UPTU- 5000(All India Rank) .I wanted to study Mechanical Engineering and among the available choices for the colleges i could get in, JSS was the best one. The admission process is quite usual, just like other engineering colleges one can get admission by UPSEE or AIEEE exam, after counselling one can lock the seat in the desired branch.

For the current session 2015-16 till now various companies have recruited students from all the branches and disciples. College Events
Anual Technical-Cultural festival- "Zealicon" and Anual sports meet "Mytri" are major events of the college organised every year which include lots of academic technical and cultural events. Along with these festivals various workshops are organised monthly on software and technologies. Workshops from industrial experts and seniors are also organised and cultural promotional events also take place time to time.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure runs quite parallel with other Engineering institutes of the category. For each branch of B.tech- 1.1 lakhs per year for the academic fee ( including Tution fee, exam fee, laboratory fee, wifi charges, some group insaurance and library fees) .

Topper of the batch on the basis of merit list on the basis of entrance exam result gives the opportunity to few students to apply for scholarship and fee waiver.
Exam Structure
In each semester three set of internal exams are conducted and one external exam at the end of each semester are conducted. Three lab exams are conducted in each semester. Along with these various class assessment tests are also conducted by the teachers.
