Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is same throughout the entire state of west bengal since it is under the west bengal university of health sciences comprising of 19 subjects for 5.5 years and there are 9 semesters and 4 proff exams
Placement Experience
As a medical college it provides internship with stipend and after completing internship u can opt for housestuffship or appear in the neet pg exam to enroll for various pg courses or one can also opt for various demonstrator jobs as well or can do private practice.
College Events
Various events are held like the annual fest which is a 4 day cultural programme of the college alongside with the various sports event like football cricket volleyball badminton table tennis tournament along with small festivals like foundation day independence day etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its very much affordable since its a government institution only rs. 4752 per semester and hostel charges rs.12 per month only and there is no extra hidden cost whatsoever so fee is not a problem at all.

There are varioua facilities available for students whose economid statuser are low other than that there are rewards for the students scoring honours marks that is more than 75 percent in respective subjects.

There are various scopes of extracurricular activities are present which are very needed in this stressful field.activities like badminton cricket football table tennis carrom various things are present in the hostel.
Hostel Facilities
yes I have opted for hostel and hostel facility is quite nice since its a low cost but currently due to increase in the number of seats there is space crowding problems arising.But appropriate light and ventilation is present in all of the room and its cleaned weekly
Alumni/Alumna
senior students are quite helpful helping u in studies and also gives notes and valuable opinions about various things.u need them in every steps as in hospitals they will be guiding you mostly not teachers or professors.
Admission
I have to appear for the joint entrance examination medical and secured a rank after which through counselling i got place in this college and after several upgradation i remain in this college and didnt get further upgraded.
Faculty
The faculty of my college is very helpful in all the departments providing appropriate theory knowledge alongside with practical knowledge which we need very much in medical sciences.Regular ward classes are conducted every day.
