Remarks
The college overall is really nice. The infrastructure is good, when compared to other private colleges. The course structure is outlined in a really good way. We are kept busy the whole day, because of which we really get to learn about managing our time and day. Overall it’s an upward learning curve.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum tests us on all the important subjects that’s required for becoming a good MBA like OB, Cost, Marketing etc. We have 6 Trimesters. 3 in each year. The exams are taken twice in each trimester. Once as mid sems, and then end trimister. The students are graded out of 4 CGPA.
Placement Experience
The placement is really good. The college has 100% placement record. JP Morgan, Moodys, Britannia are some of the companies which come to campus for the same. The average salary this year is 12-13 L p.a and 30k for internship.
College Events
Our flagship college cultural fest is Nityaksh where more than 50 colleges take part. The event spans for 3 days which has sub events and games and celebrity performances. We also have committees which has their own events like TEDx, Business conclave, strategy conclave etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We have to pay 8,50,000 for the first year in the beginning and 8,25,000 for the second year. The fees is neither expensive nor cheap. Feasibility depends on person to person, but the return on investment is good at the end of the course.
Fees and Financial Aid
I do not know of any scholarship facility, but most of the major banks provide loan for the course. I did not opt for the loan. But the same is provided and many of the student’s have taken loan for the program.
Campus Life
There are 4 computer labs with good software which helps us in our course. We also have bloomberg terminal and well equipped library. There’s also a basketball ball court, in which volleyball can also be played. Table tennis room, carrom and other indoor sports are also provided.
Alumni/Alumna
We have a alumni committee named Insignia, which connects the students with the alumni. The alumni often come to the college to help us with our interviews and corporate world. They give us good lectures on the current topics too. The seniors are helpful too, as they’re the head of the clubs and committees, and help us organise various events.
Admission
Firstly, we have to take NMAT exam and score a minimum of 190. The NMAT exam consists of Quants, Logical reasoning and Verbal Ability. The qualifying students then get a call for Case discussion and personal interview, after which the students get further short listed for admission.
Faculty
The faculty is really good. Specially for finance and marketing subjects. They’ve a lot of knowledge because of their real life experience working with good corporates. They are also available for help any time you want.
