College review

The college is good and had a best faculty compared to all other colleges in visakhapatnam with a good infrastructure in lab ND a calm green serene atmosphere in all the college. 2 basketball grounds and 1 cricekts ground is provided and inter, intra college competitions are conducted and prizes are given for winners and runners.

The year before I got admitted our college got approval for automous so the process of curriculum has become easy mainly with the exams and results. Some minor changes had been taken over years for student friendly syllabus and it's been good for us.

Our college has a very good placement record. Infosys has been the on campus drive for many years and recruit many professionals as possible irrespective of branch if they have a little knowledge of coding. Our college has provided us to take internship at campus commune programe which is useful for our placements in software side , we had this programe over 2 weeks for 2 times and they gave us some detailed knowledge on coding.

In our college we celebrate fests as department fests ie., Each department has their seperate fests for over 1month which includes both technical fest of 3days and cultural fest for 1day. And for all branches United we celebrate annual day where all the students parents and teachers are invited and the students who secured good marks in that annual year are given some reward for encouragement and other entertainment functions.

I think the fee structure is a bit higher compared to other colleges in vizag but they give a detailed fee structure what they are charging for Evey year and the payment are accepted from net banking , payment by hand , DD. There is almost no charge for month to pay the fee and after that notice are issued to pay the fee and sir from the admin block goes to every class and give announcement to pay fee as soon as possible.

No I had not taken any scholarships from the college but our AP government is providing scholarship for economically backward students every year by taking necessary documents and the money is credited to the account every month by AP government directly to student bank account.

The extracurricular activities like annual book for department and college are framed and worked by students every year. NSS Club takes active participantion in all the social activities like blood donation camps , free medical checkup , plantation ( haritha Haram ) , support to ban on plastic and all other social related events. And clubs like robotics , IOT , IEEE , AIEEE has been running over years successfuly.

For the first I had been at the hostel the hostel infrastructure is very good it was a new building constructed in recent years before I joined in that college ad every student is provided a bed and a lamp with study table with attached washrooms and the food is prepared in the college mess is brought here everyday at 7 but I need to say the food is a bit bad.

Seniors are very much friendly to us they had encouraged us to participate a timely and actively in any event and guided us from behind how to do the work and all other things and all the arrangemts for any events like fests , department functions , teachers day , and other events.

I wrote my eamcet exam in 2016 and got 24,000 rank so I applied for colleges In AP for B.Tech degree and my first preference is electrical engineering and later on all other branches from all colleges near visakhapatnam and in the first counciling i got admitted in electrical engineering in this college.

Our college faculty from core branch to humanities depertmemt everyone is good we'll educated and can explain to students in a very friendly manner. The syllabus is completed in the stipualted time even though there had been some extra holidays by taking some extra classes.
